HI I have 10 dollars of credits in my apple ID but when I tried to purchase something from the app clash of clans it just shows please contact iTunes Store for support, may I know why does this happen and what do i need to do? Thank you.
It means what it says.
You need to contact itunes support
The points that no matter how I talk to them, they just say I cannot purchase and they just give me the link to rules and regulations and say cannot provide me any further information. I read all the rules and I know I break none of them but their reply is always the same, we cannot provide you any information

Some In-App purchases require a Credit Card.
