Obviously a very badly constructed, totally non-functioning, website.

yes that is probably true, but a friend of mine just get some pdf catalogs from the same web site, with a windows PC, so this should be from the flash software on my Mac!?
What it probably means is that the website was designed for Internet Explorer and Windows only.
Not a company worth doing business with.
