I can connect to webmail from an external location and my settings verify on the email setting on the iPhone but when I manually get email an error message stating unable to connect to server. Anyone else get this error?

What did your IT department say about it when you reported the problem to them?
I'm the one that does the it!
So you know the DNA zones are set up correctly and the router is configured correctly to allow incoming traffic and active sync is enabled. I can also connect to owa externally and my settings verify so it can connect its just when getting mail it fails!
