I am having trouble with one of my iMacs. It started by not being able to access Safari. Then we tried to restart it and now it is frozen and just spins on the gray screen. Have unplugged it, restarted and force quit, all with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

It would help us to know which computer model you have, which OS & version you're using, how much RAM, etc. You can have this info displayed on the bottom of every post by completing your system profile and filling in the information asked for.

Sorry! I believe I have updated it correctly. Running Mac OS X Lion, Version 10.7.5. 2.5 Ghz Intel Core i5.
I have an office with 15 iMac's running on a network.
Also, this is a iMac 27-inch Late 2011
Zap the PRAM and Reset the SMC. Those should do the trick. If not, maybe time to visit a repair station.
