Not working after SMC reset

Hi everyone;

I got early 2008 MBP(A1260). I resetted the SMC, but my MBP didn't start and power led is green.

When I repat the procedure, power led is off, but my MBP is working with full fan speed, keyboard lights not working, status indicator not responding, closing lcd not sleeping, batterymeter on OS not working.

I also tried pram reset. But the result is same.

I am desperate, and couldn't find any solution.

Should I format the MBP?
