Sound from headphones is not clear at all

I dropped my iPhone 4S in water a few days ago. It had been sitting in rice for the past 5 days and everything but the headphone jack works properly. I can hear clicking when the headphones are plugged in and I can barely hear any music when I try to play it. It just sounds like there is some sort of interference. I have cleaned out the jack as well. I really need some help!
