itune on my phone is in Chinese, How can I change it back to English ?

go to settings/General/international/Language and change to english
You should be able to find hte settings icon, general is nine items down,international is 14 items down and language is the first item after you tap international

i got this iphone 4 today, everthing on it is in English, Only when i go to itune , it is in chinese !
I just want itune to appear in English too

This allows you to change the country in itunes store but I am not sure that is what you want

Where did you purchase the phone? Check to see what iTunes store you are signed into. Check this support document to sign into a different iTune store. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1311
