My iphone5 has trouble sending a txt message with through Siri any Ideas

IPhone 5 has trouble sending a text message through Siri system any Ideas what's wrong It does just fine posting a message on Facebook so I don't know what the problem is everything else works fine it's just not sending texts

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.3
