Q: My iphone 4s says i have used my 5 accounts, how can this be reset so i can use icloud

Hi and I hope you can help as i am a novice.

I am trying to use I cloud with my iphone 4s and my computer, my apple id works with itunes and back up. but when i have tried to use icloud it says on the phone that i have gone over the limit of accounts (5 I think) I have put in every possible email and password that I can think of but it has not worked,

Can I delete these accounts without reseting my phone. and what steps must i take if any to rectify the problem.

Kind Regards

Christian

You can see and remove or reset associated units from iTunes.

    1. open iTunes

    2. Sign in if you're not already signed in.

    3. "Store" > "View My AppleID..."

    4. "iTunes in the Cloud" > "Manage Devices"

you can delete old iOS devices to make room for the new one.

    Good luck.
