Q: Cant Complete part 2 of an audiobook. Please Assist!

I purchased an audiobook. Part 2 didn't download.I click buy/DL again but  itunes states part 2 wasn't DL but gives no option to do it. Please help.  I have a backup iPod since I rely on the audiobooks deeply. I can't download it to that one either
