Q: I need to deactivate my BrainPop account, and cannot figure out how to do it!!!

you need to contact the app developer for that. Check out: http://www.brainpop.com/contact/

If you want to just remove the app, just place your finger on its icon on the screen untill it start to jiggle, then press the X next to it.

You can manage/cancel auto-renewing iTunes app subscriptions on your device. Here's the iTunes support page with instructions: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
