I so-called deleted songs from my iPhone, via my laptop... It said they was now "hidden" in iCloud. The songs are still on my phone. I need to remove the songs from my phone because I need space on my phone. It never asked me to delete songs from iCloud.

If the song is still on your phone (you can play and listen to it) slide over song from left to right or right to left and you will see a delete button. If you can not play and see little cloud next to it, then it does not take any space at all.
If you want to the delete a song from your device, then just navigate to the song, then swipe over the name of the song (with one finger) from the right to the left and press delete.
Unless you subscribe to itunes match, your songs are not in icloud. You can always redownload purchased music, but that isn't part of your icloud storage.
