keeps prompting me to accept user license agreement when i open

This is driving me insane!

Everytime I open up my iTunes I am prompted to accept the license agreement, enter in my apple ID information and authorize my computer...that I just did the last time I opened.

I've looked everywhere for a solution and I'm about to just get rid of Apple all together if I can't fix this.
