I just discovered the iCal holidays for my iPad calendar...after owning my iPad 2 for a year and having a iPhone for over 4 years! How do I find out what other downloads are available for my iStuff? Because I don't see anything listed on this website...tripped over the iCal holidays by using a google search.

That's a ridiculous answer...according to you I have to know all the downloads available for my device and google search each individual one...

It may not be the anser you want to hear, but it is essentially correct. Do a search - on this site, google, etc. Sorry, but there is no comprehensive list available.
How do I found out about what downloads are available?
