I sync'd my phone to my work computer and lost everything. I have everything backed up on my computer at home. How do I restore my contacts, apps, calendar, mail, pics, ect?

Just restore from backup when your get home, Don't let the iPhone sync! Or you can erase all of your data before connecting it to your home computer to sync.
IS THERE A WAY TO BE ABLY TO SYNC AND BACK UP FROM MY HOME COMPUTER AND MY WORK COMPUTER?
No - you can only sync with one computer - the ones with your iTunes library that you originally sync'd from.

Just curious - why are you needing to sync with your work computer?

Thanks for the link Eric - I guess I should have been more clear on my response. I also sync to two different computers, but for two different things - one is for photos, and the other is for everything else. I did not know, however, that you could actually sync music from two different computers....
I'm thinking that I have the Manually Manage option on so it does not automatically start syncing when I connect, but didn't know that one could drag and drop songs rather than just clicking on the Sync button when ready to sync....
