Instead of going to the File menu, click iTunes once, and then, right-click it and select "Get Info". Finally, you should be able to mark "Open in 32-bit mode"
Thank you for your suggestion but need a little more help... as I have a MacBook Pro and use the tracker pad how can I right click.. I don't have a mouse?
To right-click on a trackpad, press the trackpad with two fingers
Thank you again, but I cannot make anything happen... is it me or my settings?
It may be because of your settings. You can modify that setting in System Preferences > Trackpad. Another way of making right-click is to click the app icon while holding the Control key
Thank you thank you... sorted. 🙂
You are welcome
