After the 6.1.3 update on my 4S, my wifi button is completely greyed out. Prior to this, everything including my wifi was working perfectly.

I have spent the day reading posts with similar problems; unfortunately, nothing seems to work. please help me through this i have a warranty period but i got this phone in usa but now i m in germany ....so how its gonna to work???
