I would like to be able to take pictures off of my camera roll and post them onto Instagram. I've gone to, "settings" "privacy" "photos" and nothing is there. All it says is, "apps that have requested access to your photos will appear here." But there is nothing there. What do I do now?

Not to be rude... But that doesn't help at all. I want the pictures from my Camera Roll to be able to transfer to my Instagram profile.
While I do not use Instagram, the only things that will appear under Privacy and Photos are apps that have requested to access photos, and you have either agreed or disagreed. Until you do that, they will not appear there. I would assume that you go into Instagram and attempt to upload the photo and you should get a warning that it wants to access photos and you would either click OK or Don't Allow.
