My Mac mini was connected and setup for a smartboard (touchscreen). I have moved it and connected it to standard screen but it is still setup for a touchscreen and won't connect to the wireless mouse and keyboard. Does anyone have any idea how I connect please?

Yes they were paired with my MacBook.
Did you do either of the following before trying to connect them to the Mac Mini?
1- Disconnect both the keyboard and mouse via the bluetooth options/settings/menubar
2- Turn off the bluetooth on the Macbook.
Yes I have disconnected from MacBook but this doesn't help with connecting to minimac - think the andwer may lie with a usb mouse connection to get me up and running
