printer offline
Hi ,
I have an HP printer and it went offline. I have gone thru HP support and all the steps, they cannot help me.
Any ideas?

Is the printer connected to the computer with a USB cable or is it wireless?
Have you tried resetting the printing system? http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1341
