Q: Anyone having issues with downloading TV episodes today? I have three available but itunes insists all puchases have been downloaded. Worked last week. Apple help is useless on this topic.

I have had all kinds of trouble finding downloads.  When I click, "check for new downloads" from the store menu, it says, "all purchases for this account have been downloaded".  Well, no they haven't.  Much of the time I haven't received an email advising me of a download available and so I have to then go searching under the show or 'purchases'.  This used to be so easy.  Not sure who is in charge of what now, but this does not work!!!!  It takes me hours just to find out if I have any downloads because over half the time I also get, "cannot connect to itunes" when, in fact, my internet connection is working just fine for everything else.  I was on the phone with Apple in the past few weeks for other issues and begged the person to tell someone to get this whole mess cleared up.  It is SOOOOOO frustrating.  Makes me want to forget the whole thing.
