ipad 2 is not turning on

My I Pad2 turned off and it is not turning on anymore. I tried to press the front button simultaneously with the power button for a minute and no response. I tried to charge the battery with no hope (battery is 1%). I repeated the previous steps hundreds of times and no response. I tried to charge the I Pad overnight, just turned very hot and the battery is not charging. Do you have another solution for this. PS. I do not live in USA, and no apple stores in my area.

Are you using the wall charger?

Frozen or unresponsive iPad

Resolve these most common issues:

• Display remains black or blank

• Touch screen not responding

• Application unexpectedly closes or freezes
