My MacBook Pro logicboard had liquid damage, and I still believe there's corrosion on the board, so I'm going to be putting it in 99% isopropyl alcohol then washing it off with distilled water. Will this wreck anything?

Well seeing how I've taken my Mac apart millions of times, and I know what I'm doing I don't see why I couldn't. So I did..... And it worked like a charm, besides the fact the battery doesn't supply the computer with power so ill kept cracking at it until it begins to work.
As long as you let it completely dry before you put power to it the board should be fine. But if any water is trapped inside or under some part that could cause some problems.
That will wreck everything.
If you want to salvage your computer and if that is even possible,
contact a professional service.
And that will be expensive without any guarantee.
Contact Apple anyway.

I've already contacted apple, and the I've purchased a new logicboard. Also isopropyl alcohol doesn't conduct electricity, distilled water either hardly conducts it or doesnt because there's no particles on it. What I'm wondering is if it will ruin my chipsets.

Taking apart a Mac is not easy. I would not dare.
Once taken apart, Apple may not be of any help.
I managed to get it to work and the computer turns on, just make sure you use Isopropyl alcohol that is above 95% and distilled water. Make sure you let it dry for a day or two before trying to power it on. This may or may not work for you, good luck.

Baloney. The melting point of the solder paste is subtantially higher than the capability of a household oven.

No, you do not. If you did, you would not have posted in the first place.
The melting point of the solder in MacBooks isn't very high at all the silicon heats up quickly and thus melts the solder points in the board.....I put a piece of solder that melts at 300 C and it was melting when I took the logicboard out, the only reason why I posted was because I read somewhere that it apparently will ruin your chipsets but that didn't make any sense so I was hoping someone here could give me confirmation. Obviously my method worked because I'm typing this on my Mac right now. The logicboard will probably fail eventually anyway though :/

Just one thing though, earlier (2:15) you were going to soak it and dry for 2 days, but only 6 hours have gone by?
I used a fan and a hair dryer that were set to cold :)
