I have a friend who lives in Egypt, but is currently going to college in Yemen. I'm trying to input her cell number into my iPhone but I don't know how to do it correctly. Her number is 00967733934899, and she told me the country code is 00967. Can someone please help me?

Enter her number into contacts just as you would dial it from your home telephone.
For example, from the U.S., you would first dial an international prefix (which I think is 011), followed by the country code (00967 in your case), etc.
So if you were calling this from the U.S., you wiould enter 01100967733...
Turn on fail assist in settings/phone. Enter the number in your contacts as +(country code - without leading zeros) (area code - without leading zeros) (phone number)
I am in Australia and my number would be +61 7 XXXXXXXX. To enter a mobile number that has leading zero I would enter +61 419 xxxxxx. There is no area code

My home number is 07 XXXXXXXX to anyone calling me from within my country but they can use +61 7 XXXXXXXX to call me from within my country or from outside my country. This is how I enter all contact numbers in my phone, that is I put in the + , the country code, the area code and phone number
