My apple earpods have broke, any way to get them repaired with warranty?

My apple earpods have broke, my IPod Touch 5G is still under warranty what come with the earphones. Is there a way to get them sent in or repaired without paying to send them or going in a store? My earpods just suddenly stopped working one day. Sometimes they work when I wiggle the wire between the bottom of connector and wire. Pictured here: User uploaded file

No. You have to send them in or go to an Apple store. However, Apple may say the earphones were abused and thus not covered by the warranty.
