Updating IPhoto - I get a message saying to "sign in to the account you used to purchase it." I have signed in using both of my Apple ID's but get the same error message. Any suggestions?

My App Store says I have updates pending. I only have two Apple ID's but cannot update iPhoto when I sign in with either of them. I tried buying a new copy, but it won't let me do that either, only giving me the update option. Any ideas?

iPhoto '11, Mac OS X (10.4.11)
