Choose Show Clipboard from the Finder's Edit menu.

I click on the finder but I don't see a show clipboard option anywhere. Sorry I'm computer illiterate.
Got it don't respond to last question. Thanks Neil. That helps a lot problem solved
I find no use for the clip board as you can't even copy anything off of it. Might as well be a screen door on a submarine.
Toyworks11: What you see on the clipboard is already copied. What you see is what will be pasted when you ⌘-v
Just copy anything from any app and see Finder's Clipboard change. It simply shows you the last thing you copied!
I'd would be nice if it showed a history of all of the things that you've copied.
