Your iPhone is locked to a wireless carrier. You will have
to contact that wireless carrier to see if they offer unlocking
and if you qualify.
What does it say when you look at Settings=>General=>About=>Carrier?

well thats(carrier) is not showing when i cheked on the setting, network-not available.

you say the iPhone originally was on contract with Orange UK. You will have
to work with Orange UK to get the iPhone unlocked.
