Q: Photos and movies are gone from all devices.  How do I get them back?

My Disneyland photos and movies are gone from all devices.  How do I get them back?

Yesterday I saw they were gone.  This morning it was all back and now all the Disney photos and movies are gone again.  Please help.  You can imagine how important this is to our family.
