Why are my messages coming up green and not blue?
iPhone 4
green is sms, blue is imessage. do you have imessage activated? if so, are you texting someone else with an iphone and ios 5.0 or above?

Green = SMS
Blue = iMessage
If you are communicating with other iOS device users with iOS 5 or above and they have iMessage activated, you both must have a working data connection. Messages with other device users that are not iDevices will be SMS and will be green. If you are communicating with iDevice users and are not using iMessage, then check this support document to troubleshoot. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2755
