Can i setup Time Machine to backup file when i make change (for 1sec) or short

Hello people, i am using my USB Flash stick 16gb with Time Machine, (i exclude all files except Desktop, because i place my current project files there, they have size of 15mb), so i am asking is there something to make Time Machine auto save new version of my files in every little chage, like I am having HTML files and Adobe Fireworks Designs for iOS Application, and if i change them every 1sec to make Time Machine saves that without "Back Up Now" option in the menu bar.
