spam filters for iOS Mail

How does one set up spam filters for the Mail.app on my iPhone 4s running iOS 6. Those we've set up on OS 10.8 my MBP for the iCloud mail server do not carry over to the iOS app on my iPhone 4s. It is getting so bad I cannot use the iOS app.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), i7 quad core AMD Radeon HD 6750

You're welcome. If you're willing to change email addresses another option is to set up an alias @icloud.com email address that will receive incoming mail in your current iCloud inbox (see http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2622). Give this address to your contacts as your new email address.

Then go to icloud.com and create a rule that sends all mail sent to your current email address to the trash (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mm6b1a3f8a and image below).
