Help! Junk Mailbox

Is Enable Junk Mail Filtering turned on in Mail > Preferences > Junk Mail ? It should show in the left sidebar of Mail.

Depending on how you set up Mail Preferences, your junk mail could be going to your inbox instead of a Junk Mail mailbox. If that is how it is set up, you won't see a Junk Mail mailbox.
