sabre red workspace

Hi!

Whenever I try to run Red Workshop on mac I get this error message "An error has occurred during the process of O2QD/3232 profile installation. Please contact Sabre Help Desk." And

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.

Software being installed: Sabre Red Blueprint 1.0.0.v20171215-0553-r354880 (com.sabre.edge.app.blueprint 1.0.0.v20171215-0553-r354880)

Missing requirement: Sabre Red Blueprint 1.0.0.v20171215-0553-r354880 (com.sabre.edge.app.blueprint 1.0.0.v20171215-0553-r354880) requires 'com.oracle.java.jre.win32.x86 0.0.0' but it could not be found." Your help in this matter will be appreciated very much.

I am trying to download the app but receive the following error message. I have updated latest JAVA and not sure what else to do. Can you please advise?

Did you search the App Store? What you see is what you get...

Currently Sabre Red Workspace only operates on PC and Mac based desktops and laptops. We recently unveiled that we will be launching Sabre Red Mobile Workspace which will be made available for iPads running iOS v6 or greater. Look for this application to hit the App Store later this year.

However at this time there are no immediate plans to make Sabre Red Workspace or Sabre Red Mobile Workspace available on iPhone.
