First, to prevent this from happening again, turn off "In App purchases" in the Restrictions settings on your iPhone. You may also want to turn off the ability to install apps, to prevent purchases in case someone gets hold of your iTunes Store account information, and set the password to be required immediately. For more information, see:

As to a refund, that's not automatic since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

They're usually pretty lenient in the case of inadvertent purchases by children. No guarantees, though, just as if your child was in a store and ate a bunch of food (in other words, something that can't just be returned).

Good luck.

That is not the probem, the problem is the credit card is not mine, that belongs to my mom, and she want to get back her money. I know that is not automatic, but talking with you we can reach agreement.

From the coins in the game, i don't bought nothing with that, is it intact, i'm willing to delete the game, but that was a accident, im willing to take the risk.

If this have a solution or i need contact with another peoples, let me please.

PD: I don't speak many english, but i can understand.

Good afternon.

Follow what varjak paw has said about

Most likely, it will ask you to send them an email (email address will not be shown but it will be sent). Explain your reason and MAYBE you and apple can TRY to make a deal. No guarantees

Good luck.

Talking to us here won't do any good. Again, we are all just fellow users in these forums. You need to contact iTunes Support via the link I posted. They may refuse your request, but you can ask.
