dropped my iphone 4s in the toilet,in there for a couple seconds. took paper towel and wiped it off..seemed like it worked fine it was still on..i put it in rice right away. like 3 hours later i plugged it in to charge and it drained the battery, its now back in the rice..help.!

Whoopsie!
You need to let it sit in a sealed bag of dry rice for about 5 day before you even think about plugging it in.

I would suggest letting an authorized Apple service provider look at it. Here's how to find one:

Obviously, iPhones are not designed to spend time in a toilet. Maybe they'll help you out, I don't know.
