I startup my mac machine but its showing the Apple gray screen with Activity INdicator symbol with Our Apple Logo.
So I can't access my machine users view.
please help me ASAP.
because my development was pending now.

It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and an equally bad idea to post your phone number. I've asked the Hosts to remove them. Nobody is going to ring you or email you - all questions are answered in the Forum.
You've posted in the Snow Leopard forum, but your signature says 10.7 so presumably you actually have Lion? If so you should post in the Mac OS X v10.7 Lion forum because the recovery procedures are different from those for Snow Leopard (and don't post your personal information!).
