Good day, I hav used all necessary steps to try to rotate my ipad (version 4.3.5) but to no avail. Pls can som1 show me an alternative way to rotate this device as the unlock rotation is not responding. Thank you

1. Settings>General>Set Side Swith To: Rotation Lock
2. Use Side Switch to lock/unlock rotation

Close All Open Apps... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

i'v tried the 10secs on/off and home button but it still dint work. if i use the reset all settings on the ipad, wat is d guarantee dat i wont lose data on configuration. Pls watels can i try?
