Q: just stream music

I use a Telstra 4G USB dongle to accees wireless internet, so do not need Airport Express for wireless internet access. I simply want to stream music from itunes to my home theatre system from my macbook pro. Had an old airport express that used to work perfectly, have jut bought the latest version and cant seem to get past the requirement to have an ethernet cable attached etc. Is there anyway to simplystream music to a set of speakers using airport express?
