Quick Time Pro m4v

I have convertet a bunch of m2ts videos to m4v using Handbrake. The videos are plying greate in for example Quick Time Player, VLC etc. My next step was to make one movie clip containing a number of these files using Quick Time Pro. The adding/cutting of the clips works great but after saving the movie (.mov) and playing it the sound is missing of the addes clips. The thing is that this has worked out great a few months ago but somethings seems to be wrong now and i can´t figure out what. Any ideas?
