Do you have a scanner?
Use the scanner to scan the document. Then save it as .jpg to your desktop. Next star your email and click on the paper clip, and select the .jpg on the desktop. Send the email.
Scan it with your scanner as a PDF to your Desktop, then drag and drop it on the Mail's icon in your Dock, then address and send.
