purchased movie on iPhone but download was interrupted because I dont have enough space to hold the download so I tried to resume the dowload on my laptop. It comes up in purhcase history but it dissappeared from downloads. Help?

also having trouble with iphone

storage is full but i have barely used any

no music and no videos

only a few small apps and yet its saying ive used 13.2 GB any only have 355 MB left

when i was downloading videos they dissappeared from the download bar without downloading but were still taking up space in storage. Weird.

Thats when i deleted all my music too because i kept downloading the videos... to no avail, they kept dissapearing.

on my laptop says that like 12 GB are "other"

what is that and why is it taking up so much room?

How can i fix this problem?
