iphone 3gs exploded

Friday 26 April the battery on my iphone 3gs is exploded.I contacted the assistance, that after requesting photos, he replies that apple does not assume responsibility for the damage and the repair will be carried out at a cost of 80 Euros.
Apple cares a lot about the safety of its users and their satisfaction.Fortunately no one was present to the explosion and there were no injuries.
I am very disappointed by the apple's attitude. I will not trust more of your device.they are dangerous!!!

pple does not assume responsibility for this and they ask me money to repair it when they knows that problem and they made nothing to recall the damaged battery.
I'm an apple fan since 1998, i bought and recomend a lot of device since today!
