Can I edit an Excel document on my iPad Mini that was created on a PC?

I have created a spreadsheet on my PC using Excel. This is something that I will be using on a daily basis. I can view the document no problem on my iPad however I cannot edit it in any way. Is there a way to edit this document through my iPad?

iPad, iOS 6.1.3

I have personal experience with Documents to Go and recommend it. (I haven't used the others so can't comment on them)

One thing Docs to Go has that I like is a separate desktop program that allows you to sync documents without going through iTunes. All you need is for both device and computer to be on the same wifi network.

One thing you'll need to consider with any of these programs is that apps are skinnied down versions of regular programs, so even the best of them is lacking the full functionality of a real program. So if your spreadsheet is full of complex formulas etc, it may not work well with any app.
