I can't seem to report a problem

Recently, I've purchased Growl fro the Mac App store after hearing raving reviews about it; since I just got my first MBA a week ago.


Apparently, the app is broken and give that I've spent hours tinkering around with it, trying to make it work, it stil fails. I read up online on how to refund apps from the Mac App store and followed the instructions in detail, up to the point it instructs me to "Report a problem" on iTunes purchase history.


Instead of a pop-up box allowing me to detail what is wrong with the app, I'm greeted withh a Mac Support website on Safari instead where there is no option for me to address my problem.


Am I doing something wrong here? Please do tell me. Thanks.
