Hello I misplaced my Ipad2 or i don't know if it was stolen. I didnt have any cloud services, nor findmyipad. My main concern is I have many confidential documents and emails registered, I already changed my email passwords and other accese I had with it. Can I wipe out the information from my ipad from just the serial number? Would this also be solved if I simply unregister my Ipad2 from my Itunes account?

Unregistering the iPad will not affect the data on the device. If you did not set up Find My iPad prior to it going missing, there is no way you can wipe nor locate it.

Apple (and no one else) can not assist (with serial number or iCloud) in finding a lost or stolen iPad.
Report to police along with serial number. Change all your passwords.
