Q: Cancel upgrade storage immediately
I inadvertidly added extra iCloud storage to my iPad. There is a note that says one can cancel within 15 days by contacting Apple. Pretty vague. All I can seem to do is downgrade at the end of the year contract. I want to cancel within the allowed 15 days and not be charged. Any suggestions?
