iTunesU: Unable to log in as administrator

Our school has an iTunes U account. Set up in March 2009. Never been used much. Instructors are now wanting to use iTunesU. However, personel have changed. Administrator access credentials are not known. All I have is the url to our site and the original paper work. No log in credentials. How can I regain administrator access for our school? Thank you.
