I can't use my Digitech pedal the way it is supposed to work and Digitech tech guy says it's Apple's fault. Will this be resolved soon?

In what way is it Apples's fault that the app doesn't work ? Please explain.
did ny answer to this? in fact the iPB-10 worked perfectly with iOS 5.1.1. with the iOS 6.1.3. the connection between iPB-10 and iPAD can at best only be established for a minute or so. As Digitech did not change the nexus app it must be the iOS update that caused these connection issues. Anything else would mean that Digitech made use of a bug in a previous iOS version to connect the iPB-10 to the iPAD Nexus app and this bug has been fixed now by Apple. As this seems rather unlikely I venture the guess that there's a bug in iOS 6.1.3. that needs to be fixed by Apple
