Can't update my iPhoto 9.4.2 to 9.4.3

When I search for new updates in iPhoto its comes with the message " new update availible" and then I open software update in the app store. Software update doesn't see any new updates. I downloaded the 9.4.3 manualy and then I get a warning that I need iPhoto 9.1 or higher. I don't know what to do now.

Hi Toad. I thought it was fixed but still when I go to 'about iPhoto' he give version 9.4.2. It installed succesfully from the app store to 9.4.3. When I now from iPhoto 'search for updates' it still says that there is a new version 9.4.3. I go again to the app store and then the message is no updates availible. Then I installed my manualy downloaded 9.4.3. No warnings. The update was succesfully installed but still is the version 9.4.2. Any suggestions

That is strange. Try deleting the iPhoto preference and cache files and then relaunch iPhoto:

1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your

User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.

2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your

User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).

User uploaded file

or with Lion and Mt. Lion from the User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto/
Data/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto
folder

User uploaded file

3 - launch iPhoto and check it's version again.

NOTE 1: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

NOTE 2: In Lion and Mountain Lion the Library folder is now invisible. To make it permanently visible enter the following in the Terminal application window: chflags nohidden ~/Library and hit the Enter button - 10.7: Un-hide the User Library folder.

I deleted the preference file and the cache.db. No result. Version is still 9.4.2. When I search for updates the message still comes up that there is a new version. When I go to the app store the answer is no update availible. Than I tried again manualy the 9.4.3 update. No result. Still 9.4.2. Other ideas. Thanks for your help I appreciate it very much
